Includes purchase order management, accurate general ledger coding, attention to vendor terms for discount advantages and adherence to corporate guidelines regarding payment time-lines. Secondary duties include, but are not limited to, daily customer invoicing, cash receipt processing, customer account reconciliations, quarterly fleet reporting and special accounting projects as assigned.

From designing and manufacturing to cleaning and delivering, AUS works with individual clients on both a local and a national level to create and maintain the perfect image, promoting teamwork and establishing professional identity.   Reporting to the Regional Controller and a dotted line into the Market Center General Manager, the Plant Controller is directly responsible for the timely and accurate financial reporting for the Market Center.   This includes daily and weekly reports, reviewing and analyzing monthly Financial Statements, preparing accurate and timely financial projections, monthly balance sheet reconciliations, month end close and annual budgets.  The incumbent will have the responsibility for managing all market center office professionals including office services, clerical functions, payroll, billing, accounts receivables and accounts payables, with an AR Manager and Billing Manager reporting to you.    The qualified candidate will also be responsible for: performing quarterly and annual Sox audits as required; ensuring compliance to all relevant federal, state and local laws; Recruiting, hiring, coaching and developing a strong staff that supports the Market Center with all financial, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable and billing needs, including conducting annual reviews; Partnering will all levels of management (operations, sales and production) to ensure the needs of internal and external customers are met; Attending weekly leadership meetings to provide accurate data and reporting, weekly sales, service and production meetings as well as supporting the sales and service team members as appropriate. The position remains very hands-on, and the Plant Controller must be willing and able to carry out manual journel entries and contribute to activities across all accounting functions.
